How can I pay for my order?
We accept Google Checkout, PayPal, money order, and cashier's check as payment for orders placed online for US orders. You can select your payment method when you checkout.

No, we obey all federal and state laws. We are an honest business and only deal with reputable suppliers to offer you 100% authentic merchandise. We are located in Ohio, not some factory in China, so you can rely on our reputation of providing authentic products and good service to all our customers.

Do you offer a return policy?
Yes, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. That's why we offer a ten (10) day return period on all orders. Due to the nature of electronic goods and copyright concerns, we can only accept returns on unopened merchandise. Please note that it is the customer's responsible to check to make sure software, hardware, or any other product is compatible before purchasing. We can not accept opened returns on opened products. Why is the price different then what I was shown on Google, Bing, AOL, etc.?
Prices displayed by search engines are not updated in real-time; therefore, changes we make in our prices are not reflected for several days by the search engine. All the prices you see on Media Dealers are the current prices. We are sorry for confusion caused by any difference in the product price(s).
