Purchasing
You agree to pay for any items with one of the approved payment options provided on the site. Payments must be made from accounts legally belonging to you (the purchaser). Payments are to be made in US dollars and completed before any product is shipped the purchaser. Acceptable payment methods include: Google Checkout, PayPal, money order, and cashier's check. Personal checks (if received), will be returned to the purchaser.
Please note that it is the customer's responsible to check to make sure software, hardware, or any other product is compatible before purchasing. We can not accept opened returns on opened products.
Shipping & Handling Time
Media Dealers, Inc. alone will determine shipping carriers for all orders placed and paid for by the purchaser. Delays and other events are the sole responsibly of the shipping carrier. Media Dealers, Inc. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing orders (or parts of orders) after the carrier has confirmed delivery (as determined by the individual shipping carrier) has occurred. Due to the use of different shipping carriers, Media Dealers, Inc. is unable to provide exact delivery estimates to purchasers. Order times can vary depending on numerous factors including (but not limited to): weather, available of a particular product, transit and transportation, and location of purchaser's shipping address.
Media Dealers, Inc. attempts to fulfill all orders completely (unless stated in the product listing or in communication with the purchaser) within two (2) business days of the purchaser's payment clearing and/or available to Media Dealers, Inc.. This time, considered the "handling time" is not included in any estimate of shipping time.
We can only ship to the shipping address you provide during checkout. We can not under any circumstance ship to any other address. Please insure it is correct before completing the checkout process.
PO Box shipments may take up to an additional 5 business days to be delivered. For the quickest shipping transit time, please provide a non-PO Box shipping address (if possible) during checkout.
All international purchases (any purchase shipped to customers outside the United States) are not eligible for returns. Please be sure to ask any questions before placing an order.
Returns
For any order to qualify to be returned, it must be sent back to Media Dealers, Inc. within ten (10) business days of delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier. Not all items will qualify for a full refund. Only brand new, unopened, unaltered, etc. items can be accepted. Any item returned that does not meet this requirement (determined in the judgement of Media Dealers, Inc.) will receive a refund of no more than 50% of the purchase price. The cost of shipping paid by the purchaser will not be refunded, as the item was received by the purchaser. Costs to ship/return the item back to Media Dealers, Inc. are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please use a reliable shipping carrier with tracking/delivery confirmation to insure your item is received by Media Dealers, Inc.
Refunds will be made in the same form as the purchaser's original method of payment; however, Media Dealers, Inc. has the final determination on the form and venue of the refunded amount.
For sake of the terms and conditions, the term, "purchase price" is considered to include the amount paid for the product. Any shipping, fees, etc. paid by the purchaser are separate from the purchase price. These are considered to be the "cost of shipping".
Coupons, Discounts, Special Deals, etc.
All promotional deals (i.e. coupons, discounts, special deals, etc.) are offered solely by Media Dealers, Inc. or our partners. Media Dealers, Inc. reserves the right to limit, accept, reject, cancel, end, etc. any promotional deal at anytime for any reason. Promotional deals are limited to qualifications stated by Media Dealers, Inc. and may be altered or changed by Media Dealers, Inc. at any time.
Product Availability
Media Dealers, Inc. makes every attempt to fulfill all orders placed in a timely manner. In the event that an item is "out of stock", Media Dealers, Inc. will contact the purchaser and offer a full refund of the purchase price, plus any cost of shipping paid by the purchaser (in the same form and venue of the purchaser's original payment). The purchaser will not longer be liable for the cost of the item.
Price Errors
If a price error or mistake occurs (as determined by Media Dealers, Inc.), Media Dealers, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any or all of the orders placed by purchasers containing the price error.
Order Cancellation
Media Dealers, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order placed on this site. It is up to the judgement of Media Dealers, Inc. to cancel any order, for any reason, at any time.
Sales Tax
We do not collect sales tax from buyers in any state at the point of purchase. Please refer to your local regulations and laws regarding payment of state and/or local sales tax from online purchases. International buyers are responsible for any customs taxes, import duties, VAT, or any additional fees related to this purchase.
